Naturalube Eye Drops serves as a lubricating solution for dogs experiencing dry eyes. These eye drops help maintain and enhance tear production to alleviate symptoms like irritation, burning, and itching, enabling your dog to blink comfortably. Naturalube is primarily prescribed for treating issues such as keratoconjunctivitis sicca or tear film deficiencies, which can lead to dry eye symptoms including conjunctivitis, a cloudy or dull cornea, excess mucus around the eye, corneal ulceration, and corneal pigmentation from more severe conditions.

 

Naturalube Eye Drops are typically administered directly into the eye every 3 to 4 hours, or as directed by your veterinarian. To apply, gently pull down the lower eyelid to create a pocket, then place 2 drops into it and close both eyelids gently to help the drops disperse. Consult with your veterinarian for the appropriate dosage and duration of treatment, as this will vary based on the individual pet and their response to the medication.

 

Pets using Naturalube Eye Drops may experience some side effects, including visual disturbances, cloudy vision, and significant redness in the corneal tissues.

 

If side effects persist or worsen, contact your veterinarian immediately.

 

If your pet has an allergic reaction, take them to the veterinarian right away. Common symptoms of an allergic reaction include difficulty breathing or swallowing, tightness in the chest, swelling, skin rashes, and hives.
